Complimentary Meet & Greet
Included For All New Clients
Every new client begins with an in-home meet and greet. This visit allows us to meet your pets, review routines and care instructions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before services begin.
After your consultation, your secure pet care profile, scheduling, and communication preferences are put in place.
Drop in Visits
15-20 Minute Visit - $23
30 Minute Visit - $31
1 Hour Visit - $45
Our drop-in visit is tailored to your pet’s individual needs and may include walks, supervised backyard let-outs, feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter box care, medication administration if needed, and plenty of love and attention.
After every visit, families receive detailed notes and photo updates through our secure pet care app, providing reassurance and clear communication while you're away.
Overnight Care
Standard: 9 PM to 7 AM - $80/night
Extended: 7 PM to 7 AM - $95/night
Premium: 6 PM - 8 AM - $145/night
Our overnight care options are designed for pets who do best with added comfort, companionship, and consistency while you are away. With multiple overnight coverage options available, families can choose the coverage option that best fits their pet’s routine and needs.
Visits may include dinner or medications if needed, supervised potty breaks, walks or let-outs, evening and morning care, and personalized attention throughout the stay. Families also receive detailed notes and photo updates through our secure pet care app for added peace of mind.
Extended and Premium Overnight services may also include light household tasks such as bringing in mail or packages, watering plants, and taking trash or recycling out as needed while families are away.
Daytime drop-in visits are not included with overnight services and can be added separately based on your pet’s needs.
Additional Fees & Policies
Additional Pet Fee: +$5 per visit and +$10 per overnight for households with five (5) or more pets
Holiday Fee: +$8 per visit and +$20 per overnight visit on major holidays
Late Booking Fee: +$10 for requests made after 7:00 PM for next-day or same-day service
Last-Minute Cancellation Policy applies.
We operate 365 days a year and accept last-minute service requests whenever availability allows.

Our typical service radius extends approximately 10 to 12 miles from the Lansdale area, allowing us to provide reliable scheduling and consistent coverage.
