Meet the Owner
My name is Shannon Ozzimo, and I am the founder and owner of The Collar Club by Shannon, LLC. From a young age, I have always been drawn to animals and the joy that comes with caring for them. Before launching The Collar Club, I spent years volunteering and fostering with rescues both in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and while attending college in Greenville, North Carolina.

After graduating from East Carolina University in 2019, I turned that lifelong passion into a career by creating a pet care company built on trust, compassion, and dependable in-home service. What began as a dream of helping families and their pets has grown into the business I am so proud to lead today.
MEET OUR GENERAL MANAGER
Juliette Lowrey serves as the General Manager of The Collar Club by Shannon, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and client communication to ensure each family receives a smooth and organized experience. She also personally conducts new client meet and greets, helping pets and their owners feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning.

As the proud owner of two dogs herself, Juliette understands firsthand the trust families place in those caring for their pets and helps maintain the attentive, reliable service The Collar Club is known for.
